On April 2, 2002 I was working with AT&T and was living in College Park when Maryland Terrapins' won the basketball game with Indiana. University of Maryland men's basketball team celebrating 64-52 victory over Indiana Hoosiers to win first NCAA championship title. If this had been in Seattle police would have maced you kicked you in the junk then beat you down then arrested you. This celebration was nothing like the WTO protests I have to hand it to the police there they kept their cool pretty good. Some kids got out of control but they were probably a little intoxicated. Great work Maryland it was a fun game to watch and so was the party!
